AAC Terms of Reference Project

One of the highest priority Action Items identified in the Agricultural Area Plan was to amend the AAC Terms of Reference to allow the AAC to make comments on applications to the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC).

This project is now complete. The amended AAC Terms of Reference and accompanying staff report are provided below.
