The RDN manages the park with support from its partner The Nature Trust of BC. A strategic management plan for this important Gulf Island park was recently completed.
The Coats Marsh Regional Park Management Plan defines future direction, policies, priorities, and actions for the park in the short and long term, over a 10 year focused timeframe (2011-2021). Public consultation through open houses, a website, e-mail, mail, and personal meetings with the consultants, provided input into the management for this important nature park.
