Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987 (per PDA Bylaw No. 1692)

Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987 (per PDA Bylaw No. 1692) provides that land use regulations for properties located only within the Lakes District and Schooner Cove Neighbourhood Plan Areas in Electoral Area 'E' (Nanoose Bay).

These zoning regulations were secured through "Regional District of Nanaimo Phased Development Agreement (Lakes District and Schooner Cove) Authorization Bylaw No. 1692, 2013" and will remain in effect for twenty years from the date of adoption of Bylaw No. 1692.
