Service Fees And Charges

The application fees and charges are outlined in Regional District of Nanaimo Planning Services Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 1259, 2002. The bylaw below sets out the fees imposed for development related activities such as Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw amendments, Development Permits, Development Variance Permits, Board of Variance appeals, Temporary Use Permits and fees for Subdivisions.
