REGIONAL DISTRICT OF NANAIMO LAUNCHES PUBLIC CONSULTATION
ON LIQUID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN AMENDMENT

The Regional District of Nanaimo's Liquid Waste Management Plan is a plan to support sustainable wastewater management in the RDN. This plan authorizes the RDN to find community-driven and cost-effective solutions to protect public health and provide a standard level of wastewater treatment. A public Liquid Waste Management Plan amendment process is now underway.
