Active Aging Week
Inspire wellness with free activities all week from September 24 to 29th in celebration of active aging. Local resources will be showcased and older adults are invited to try a fitness or yoga class, spinning or model railroad club or take a brain and nutrition workshop and much more.

School's Out Everyone Welcome Skate or Swim
Stay active on Friday, September 28th with a swim at Ravensong Aquatic Centre or skate at Oceanside Place Arena. Everyone Welcome Swim 1:00-2:30pm. Everyone Welcome Skate 1:30-3:00pm. Reduced rate admission.
