Regional Landfill (Rl) Security Service

The Regional District of Nanaimo is seeking Tenders from experienced and qualified security companies for the on-site security of the Regional District of Nanaimo Landfill.

The Contract is for a two (2) year term with the option for one (2) year renewal based upon mutual written agreement between the parties.

Anticipated contract start date is September 1, 2018.

Tenders must be received at the Closing Location prior to 4:00 PM (16:00 hrs) Pacific Time on May 23, 2018 as follows:

Tenders will not be opened in Public. Tenders received by email or facsimile will not be accepted.

Deadline for questions is three (3) business days before the closing date.

Mandatory Site Visit:

A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Tuesday May 15, 2018 at 9:00am at the Regional Landfill 1105 Cedar Road, Nanaimo BC. Interested parties will have the opportunity to view the site and ask any questions. All persons in attendance must bring their own personal protection equipment (hard hat, steel toe footwear& high visibility vest).
