Scope of Work

The Regional District of Nanaimo is seeking Tenders from experienced and qualified companies for the hauling and disposal of Drywall/Gypsum originating from the Church Road Transfer Station (CRTS) at 860 Church Road, Parksville, B.C.

The Contract is for a two (2) year term with the option for one (1) two-year renewal based upon mutual written agreement between the parties.

Anticipated contract start date is April 1, 2019.

Tenders will not be opened in Public. Tenders received by email or facsimile will not be accepted.

Requested deadline for questions is five (5) business days before the closing date.

Optional Site Visit:

An optional site visit will be held on February 27, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Church Road Transfer Station, 860 Church Road, Parksville, BC to view the site and ask any questions. All persons in attendance must bring their own personal protection equipment (hard hat, steel toe footwear & high visibility vest).
